External Wall Insulation (I.W.I / E.W.I) is an excellent way to improve the overall thermal property as well altering the appearance of your property.

Combining insulation and plaster/cement finishes to improve your home is proven to reduce heating bills and can be used on solid wall properties when a cavity wall method is not suitable.

K Therm Brick Rend

External Wall Insulation

A two coat render system in any combination of 20 standard colours, used as the mortar colour and brick / stone colour choice. Typically used as an alternative to new brick or stone work, or to highlight details features e.g. quoins, windows cill and door head details.

K Therm Dash

External Wall Insulation

A Range of over 30 silicone based dash receiving renders and aggregates, which give a hard-wearing, waterproof traditional finish.

K Therm Silicone

External Wall Insulation

Utilises a silicone based, thin, coat top coat render in a variety of grain sizes (1.5mm or 3mm) allowing various surface texture options. Available in a range of over 340 standard colours, with a colour matching and mixing service where required.

Northumberland Rd apartments consist of 30 residential apartments totalling 2000m2.After removing existing substandard Render System K Therm External Wall Insulation was applied to existing substrate ensuring the building was fully insulated as well as matching existing local architecture .
